I have been a client for years - in the early days, was reluctant to try acupuncture and skeptical that it would be helpful to me. After suffering from herniated discs in my L3-5 and dealing with other injuries/surgeries, dry needling has become invaluable in both relief and therapy. Massages are nice but generally superficial - needling gets deep into the muscle to help stimulate and release. Agnes is a master practitioner and I highly recommend her services.

Agnes is fantastic- super knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of dry needling. I went in for back/thigh/glute pain that I could not shake with consistent stretching. Immediate relief was felt after the acupuncture session- many thanks for the relief!

I've been coming to see Agnes for a couple years now and I couldn't recommend her more! We've done dry needling, electro-acupuncture, and cupping, and she tailors every treatment to the type of issue you're dealing with. She's extremely knowledgeable and describes what she's doing in a very informative and scientific way, which I really appreciate. She doesn't just treat you in her room, but will also send you home with exercises you can do at home, to truly treat the root cause so that you don't come back with the same recurring issue. I feel like she's especially talented in being able to diagnose something quickly and accurately - she can find what's triggering pain with ease, and knows exactly how to treat it. Last but definitely not least, she is extremely kind and welcoming and her space is lovely!

I am so thankful I was introduced to Agnes. As an active Crossfitter, I am prone to various forms of muscle tightness, injuries and inflammation. I have been looking for a wellness partner like Agnes since I moved to the city, and wish I would have met her earlier! Most recently, I suffered from severe golfer's elbow that was inhibiting my ability to train, and enjoy the training. Agnes, working with my other wellness treatment providers, not only helped reduce the pain, but focused on how to prevent it through other muscle activation. 10/10 recommend. She is personable and makes it a fun experience.

Thank goodness for Agnes. I don't understand how acupuncture works, but she's resolved issues and made me pain-free when medicine and doctors have failed. Most recently, after running more than usual, my knees started screaming and 2 weeks later I was still hobbling around. The PT's recommendation of rest and Aleve hadn't made a dent. So: Agnes. After her treatment, the pain was gone; two days later, I'm leaping up stairs, getting back to exercise, and following her recommendations for strengthening the joints. Highly recommend.

Agnes is INCREDIBLE. I threw out my back a few years ago, and it took months of PT and rest to feel somewhat back to normal and to alleviate the pain. When I reinjured my back a few weeks ago, I decided to try accupuncture for the first time. After just one session with Agnes, I was *shocked* to wake up the next day without pain. Agnes gave me my quality of life back! I've since returned to treat other injuries, which has been lifechanging! Agnes is truly an expert and a master of her craft - and she's the only neuromuscular accupuncture specialist in the NYC area. She truly listens to you and helps to get to the root of and heal injuries while preventing new ones. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Agnes works wonders. She is very thoughtful and professional about the treatment process. As someone that has had long term lower back pain she has drastically increased my quality of life and come up with a great long term improvement plan for me.
