Very good. She was recommended by 2 well regarded eye professionals as an excellent surgeon and she helped me make a good choice for IOL and my resulting post cataract vision. She listened to my concerns which were myriad. Was the only doc I saw who did not rush to put a premium Toric lens in my eyes and lens based decision on my needs and preferences. She is personable and makes wonderful "eye" contact. The downtown operation is very efficient, and doctor and staff do what they need to in an expeditious manner. Waiting is minimal for a NYC eye facility. Generally I think staff become immune to how scary eye surgery outcome can be for a patient and focus more on efficiency rather than support in patient care. The emphasis is on the surgery itself which of course is primary . In some ways the post surgical visual outcome is relegated to paraprofessionals or other eye professionals.
