I don’t recommend it. Long waits and bad service. Don’t take Dr. Ruth Barrow, left me pregnant for 41 weeks knowing I had preeclampsia. I had to get an emergency c section. The umbilical cord was wrapped around my sons neck twice because she recommended I stood pregnant for an extra week. Like what? I went to the hospital multiple times in pain and was never scheduled a c section or anything. Horrible experience. Honestly very careless doctor.

They canceled my son appointment multiple times, and he needed his 4 and 6 months shots do not go there, horrible service, and they don’t enough doctors

I do not recommend this clinic at all They need to rehire the whole staff ! Give proper training The attitude is disgusting Mary Cabico is a total waste of time ! Do not accept if given as a primary She needs to do better ! Needs to be better and give better care and control her attitude If you really care about your health AVOID THIS CLINIC !!!!! DO NOT GET SEEN AT THIS CLINIC !!!!! The supervisors won’t even help you all they have to offer is a “Im sorry” and they’ll just watch you struggle !!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GET A PHYSICAL DONE HERE NO NO NO NO

So disappointed with the doctor that I was scheduled to see. I was grateful that I got an appointment relatively fast for a new-patient visit. I went in at 4:00pm and was taken into the room right away. The receptionists were very friendly, and so were the nurses. The doctor, however, made me feel neglected. I went in complaining about stomach issues due to gastritis, I asked to get some blood work just to see if all was alright. You see, I’ve gained weight over the past three years and I wanted to check my CBC/cholesterol, triglycerides and thyroid. Through MyConnect portal I got the results for my thyroid test, but not the for the other exams. I received a call from the nurse 2 weeks after I saw the doctor, and the nurse told me that the doctor only asked to check for my Thyroid+Hepatitis. It is very upsetting to know that the doctor, not only did not listen to me during my visit, but also did not request for these others exams I wanted to get done. All I received from her was a note saying that I should workout 150/mins a week. Like no way, I do know I need to lose weight, thanks. Truly disappointed. My mother visits this clinic with another doctor whom she speaks highly of. I would say I was unlucky and got scheduled with a nonchalant doctor. D’Souza is the last name.

The doctor are excellent. But always a problem to make a appointment. I have to come in person to make appointment. that why I give one star.

This place is horrible the doctor was nice but the clinic itself needs to do better. I tried scheduling an appointment for the longest when I finally get one its 2 months away & then the week of the appointment they call me to let me know the doctor wont be there and they will give me a date as soon as possible still never got a new appointment date. I switched my daughter’s pediatrician THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE !!!!!

WORST CLINIC EVER. If you have an appointment prepare to be there alll day even if you get the earliest appointment . Apart from that if you need to call for anything even for an encounter to be left for a doctor they never answer the phone . My poor grandma has a month trying to get an appointment and a refill on her medication and nothing . I’ve even reported them to health insurance companies

They are the worst! Where shall I began!! I am a care giver for my aunt and she has a memory impairment and demita I can’t understand she sees the doctor that’s assigned to her on her insurance card but the doctor and staff is trying to say she’s not accepting new patients and they are trying to make her see another doctor that she doesn’t like but she seen the doctor that’s on her insurance card 6 times already I see right now I’m going to have to changed doctors who wants to go to a place and u have to see different doctor every time u have an appointment and u can’t see the doctor that’s on your insurance that’s your primary care doctor and then trying to say she’s not accepting new patient but my aunt been your patient the past 4 years how is that possible if any one looking for primary care doctor don’t come here they switch doctors every time u come and when u do see the doctor that’s your primary care they try to lie and say they not accepting new patient

I’d honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. Their communication system is worse than before and it’s always been terrible. The fact that it’s gotten worse is baffling. I have the past hour trying to communicate with them via phone call to reschedule a very important missed appointment. I’m trying to communicate to reschedule and it’s always a problem. Their automatic voice mail box system (gives you options to pick from) put me on hold and then it just hung up. I called again and picked a different option to speak to a nurse, and she said she couldn’t help me and I tried explaining I called already and picked the option to schedule or reschedule an appointment and she said it’s not her job to help me with scheduling which, sure whatever that’s one thing. But if I’m explaining to you that your system is not properly working, I think she could’ve taken 2minutes to help me reschedule that appointment. It’s very unprofessional and a disservice to patients to literally dismiss them and put them on hold again with no guarantee that someone will help me. I have no idea what on earth I’m gonna do for my emergency rescheduling. I’m going to consider looking for a new office entirely. Last time I even had an in person visit, someone filled in for my doctor cuz she’s never there. And the person filling in also rushed my visit? I go all the way over there just to be rushed? And I call just to be dismissed? Unacceptable. Do better if you guys plan to stay open.

It upsets me to have to even write this review my son is 14yrs old and he's been coming here since he was 1 ... and back then they had a phone problem and now it's even worse I would walk in to make all his appointments. Before the pandemic. It took me a while to make an appointment during the pandemic he didn't get any medical attention from there I would have to take him to the er or get medication over the counter he saw a Dr Lieberman a few weeks ago with an infection and I'm still waiting for a referral this is insane and I spoke to a nurse about it and I'm still waiting to hear from her also. He will never go there again
