Shawn is the best! Has saved me (and my Achilles) multiple times ahead of some really big races. He's a professional and has been a huge help in and around all my different trainings to make sure I am ready to go!

100/10 experience. I started seeing Shawn for physical therapy and I've stayed because he is so much more than just your standard PT. His method is strength focused and I get way more out of our sessions than any other physical therapist I've been to. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable at his practice, be he is such a kind, friendly, empathetic, and fun person to train with! The studio space is very well equipped and I could not recommend Shawn more for either physical therapy or personal training!

I can't recommend Atlas PT enough! Shawn helped me tackle my stubborn lower back pain and really knows his stuff. From day one, he created a personalized plan that worked wonders. Each session was not only effective but also fun! Shawn made sure I understood how to prevent future issues, too. Thanks to him, I’m back to feeling great. Shawn is incredible. I first started seeing Shawn with a bad shoulder in 2018 which he rehabilitated fully within a year. After the shoulder was fixed we began training several times a week and i'm in great shape because of it. Thank you Shawn!
