I'd like to give a big shoutout to Audicus employees for their patience and willingness to help. They literally spent hours on the phone answering and explaining any questions I had. They helped me get things set up. As for the hearing aids, the $2,000 they cost have been well worth it, so far. We got them for my dad. He's had them for nearly two weeks.

I felt very frustrated during my experience with this company at every turn. The sales was misleading and the product appeared functional and then promptly broke on me. I am still stuck with the bill since there are no refunds.

I have had my Omni 2 hearing aids for a few weeks. I wear them at least 9 to 12 hours per day. I am very pleased with the hearing aids and the support system. The support team's responses to my questions are timely and thorough. I have hiked, biked and played golf, and the hearing aids have stayed put. I have been able to lower the sound on my TV 25% since the day I started wearing the hearing aids. Thank you Audicus for providing a quality product, knowledgeable team and timely customer service at an affordable price point.

My only experience with Audicus is online but I just want to say that they are amazing. The hearing test was easy to take (my last one was outdated) and the customer service lady who set me up with my hearing aids was so sweet. I was born severely HoH and have never owned hearing aids before. I never thought I'd be able to because of how expensive they are. Thanks to the Premier plan, I was able to afford hearing aids. And the hearing aids work wonderfully.

Must say, Extremely impressed with both the quality of the products and the service as well. Staff is responsive, listens to understand, and then follow up. BTE are the ones for me for bluetooth capability, however my only caveat would be Not compatible with Android meaning, when paired, I hear phone conversation well, but the party on the other line have a nightmare as the hearing aids transmit my hearing challenge frequencies i guess, to the person on the other line. Unclear and too loud for understanding me so i have to Disconnect from bluetooth and then its a challenge for me, fine for them, but i now am struggling to hear them on the phone as now the phone is drowned out for me by the hearing aids broadcasting as they should! all sounds around me making it difficult to hear on the phone in noisy environments such as outdoors where people are around me, walking through a mall, most definitely at loud events. maybe ill forego the BTE Bluetooth "benefit" next time and buy a ITE set. But like i stated above. Great! outstanding products for the price, extremely comfortable right off the bat "very important. and nothing like hearing your wife say softly "I Love you"

The people were very nice as far as treating me right but the equipment is horrible. Unfortunately I’m outside my 45 day so I’m stuck paying 3k for some horrible hardware leaving me to seek help elsewhere. The Bluetooth connectivity is bad I get complaints that I wouldn’t muffled or too much background at times or cuts in and out. If I have the Bluetooth on a call and get in my car it will absolutely not allow my iPhone to connect to my car I have to reboot the phone iPhone 13 Pro Max. The right hearing aid cuts in and out. I can go on. It’s good if you have an actual audiologist you can go to and have them tune it or correct properly.
