I didn't have the best experience with Dr. Olivera. My 3 month old daughter and I were the very first patients in the office that morning. The nurse did the vitals and told me to keep my daughter undressed and wait for Dr. Olivera. Dr. Olivera didn't come in until almost 30 mins later, at which point my daughter was getting cold and fussy. Dr. Olivera didn't greet us and was rushing through the appointment. It seemed like Dr. Olivera didn't even glance through the notes from NYP NICU or from Boston Children's Hospital, as she was asking me basic questions about my daughter's medical history. She kept talking over me the whole time and whatever she said sounded like she was lecturing me. This was our first appointment with her - I was really excited to meet her - but we won't be coming back.
