I have been going to Back and Body Medical for about a year now and honestly should have written this review sooner. The staff are so warm and welcoming and make you feel well cared for. Everyone is exceptional at their job and i always feel comfortable and in good hands (literally). They have addressed many issues with my body and i have felt no pain flare ups in an ongoing issue I’ve had with my back for so long! Making an appointment is super easy and you always receive a confirmation text which is such a great touch for a forgetful person like me. My job requires a lot of physical work and any time someone mentions an injury or ache, i never hesitate to suggest Back and Body!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I started going to Back & Body about 9 months ago after struggling with ongoing severe upper and lower back spasms that made daily life unbearable. Thanks to their expert physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture, I’m significantly better and back to lifting at the gym! Every visit leaves me feeling looser and more mobile. I haven’t had a single spasm since starting treatment. The team is professional, attentive, and truly transformative. Highly recommend!

I have had the best experience with Dr. Jo Khaira. I came in with the most painful torticollis and Dr. Khaira took me in and treated me rapidly with care, compassion and professionalism. I started feeling better quickly and the follow ups were impressive. A friend recommended me to Back and Body Medical and raved about the service. She could not have been more right. Marlene, at reception, is friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to start when it comes to how grateful I am for the team at Back and Body. For the better portion of the last 3 years I have been treated weekly for chronic pain in my back. Most recently due to a traumatic injury from a fall down my stairs at home. From Marlene at the front desk, to the care team (Dr Sivendra, Dr Khaira, Anjhanaa, and Kayla) I have always felt I am in the best of hands. Scheduling is a cinch, and the level of care is amazing. The entire team have come to know me and treat me with a level of compassion that is unparalleled. I genuinely could not imagine my life without them and the idea of ever having to relocate without being able to take them with me is simply out of question.
