Balanced Health Medical's Online Review Report Card

I hate writing bad reviews, but wanted to share my experience because my decision to go here was based on Google Reviews. I had a really difficult experience, specifically with the administrative aspect of the business, I felt a lack of clarity around the care and billing department felt unorganized and confusing. I would have avoided going here had I known that almost a year after receiving care here they would be reaching out with outstanding charges, as it's difficult to find paperwork/payments when balances are being settled so long after getting the service.

I have never left a review for anywhere before, but I had to for Balanced Medical Health because I cannot recommend them enough. I have been visiting this practice weekly for months, and can truly say they have the most compassionate and skilled staff I have ever encountered. Every single team member here goes well beyond their professional role — not only do they provide EXCEPTIONAL physical care, but they genuinely care about their patient’s wellbeing. I have experienced many doctors where it has felt impersonal and they feel they’ll be paid whether you improve or not, but each staff member here cares about you as a person. I can't express enough gratitude for the heartfelt care provided here.

Been seeing Dr. Gabe for years now and couldn’t recommend it more. Since the first consultation I could tell how knowledgeable and professional, fun and easy to talk to he is! I spent most of my days on my feet so my back is killing me sometimes and he’s that one person I trust to help me!

The entire staff at Balanced Health Medical is amazing! In one hour, you’re seen by four specialists from acupuncture to physical therapy to a message and ending with the chiropractor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor with amazing bedside manner.

Best chiropractor and physical therapy I’ve ever been to! Super friendly staff and skilled team of doctors and therapists. They are also very organized - there is never any wait time and someone is always working with you, making sure you’re receiving whatever treatment you may need.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rob for chiro, Rio for PT and various Acupuncturists and massage therapists. Love that Balanced Health Medical offers all of these services back to back within a 1 hour appointment, so I only need to go to one place! I have never had to wait and can say this is my favorite holistic health providers in Manhattan, after trying a few others. Clean office, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

I received treatment from Balanced Health Medical which was great but I had a terrible experience with the billing department. For more than a year, they were asking for checks that I already gave them. They kept suggesting someone else had cashed a check that the office cashed themselves! I don't know how you miss that. Seems like they just want your money and don't listen to their patients

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Balanced Health. I’ve been going here for a few months now and almost immediately I felt significantly better. The combination of PT, acupuncture and massage therapy combined with the adjustments are what set them apart from the rest. Besides that, the staff is so friendly and kind, and every time I walk in there is zero wait. Highly recommend!
