I have been with Sandra and her team John & Bell since 1984. Being diagnosed with Keratoconus and 3 Corneal transplants in. Best team of eye specialist in the country. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are like family.

I am very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Belmont's office. The staff at this office are all very friendly, efficient and professional; my only complaint is the wait time was a little longer than I expected. Dr. Belmont was friendly, explained everything concerning my eye disease and provided me with information to help me make an informed decision regarding my future eye care.

I was terrified to get Lasik, but my mother had a wonderful experience with Dr. Belmont so I gave it a shot. I was treated so kindly and Dr. Belmont eased all of my fears. The Lasik procedure was simple and fast. I highly recommend!!

I found Dr. Belmont after ChatGPT recommended her as the top LASIK surgeon in NYC, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Not only is she an incredible surgeon, but she was also the first to perform LASIK in New York City—a true pioneer in the field. From the moment I walked into her office, the staff made me feel completely at ease, and Dr. Belmont’s level of personalized care exceeded all my expectations. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, ensuring I felt confident and comfortable. My vision is now crystal clear, and I only wish I had done this sooner! I’ll be recommending Dr. Belmont to all my family, friends, and colleagues—she’s simply the best!

Bad experience. I left before my initial consultation was over. First, the office is dark, outdated and packed with boxes. You could barely move around in the exam room because of all the boxes and file cabinets. Exam itself was fine and associates were friendly and professional. I was then sent back to the reception area to wait for the doctor, where I sat for 30 min until I just gave up and left. While waiting, a woman came in with a very large dog (not service). This place was small and dark already and then to add a large dog made it feel unsanitary. I’ll note that the doctor did call after I left but did not offer an apology for the wait. Overall strange experience and not where I would place trust in my eyesight.
