I have been a patient of Dr. Harvey for over 15yrs and he is very good in treating my pulmonary conditions. He explains everything I need yo do to maintain My condition in control. He is a wonderful pulmonary doctor that cares for all his patients. He spends quality time with each patient and makes sure you understand your condition and the plan that he going to take to make sure you are okay. I recommend Dr. Harvey for anyone that needs a qualified pulmonary doctor for their care 100%

COPD diagnosis doctors could not figure what to do...life expectancy naught..Googled best pulmonary doctor in New York which led me to Dr. Harvey.. 5 years later breathing without the tank (oximeter reading 90-98).Waiting time may be a little lengthy but it's worth your life...
