I’ve spent over a year treating my TMJ, back pain, and more—and I’m so grateful to have found Acupuncture Care Clinic. Dr. Cai is incredibly skilled and compassionate. Not only did he help me with chronic pain, but he also treated my friend's allergic rhinitis and migraines with noticeable results. Truly a hidden gem in New York! My favorite part is the therapeutic massage sessions are also top-notch—professional, relaxing, and perfect after a long day of work or study. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking real healing and personalized care!

After struggling with persistent ear pressure and clogging that wouldn’t go away—despite trying over-the-counter remedies and seeing a general doctor—I decided to try acupuncture with Dr. Cai and Dr. Lin. While my symptoms haven’t completely resolved yet, I’ve noticed real improvement since starting treatment. The pressure has lessened significantly, and my ear feels clearer than before. Both Dr. Cai and Dr. Lin have been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the process. They take the time to listen, adjust treatments based on my progress, and create a calming environment. I appreciate their holistic approach and professionalism. Though I’m still on my healing journey, I’m optimistic and grateful for the relief so far. I had been struggling with tension headaches for a long time and had seen many doctors, but nothing seemed to help. After starting acupuncture treatment here, I finally experienced real relief. The sessions were professional, relaxing, and targeted the root of the problem. I'm so grateful I gave this a try acupuncture with Dr.Cai worked when nothing else did. Dr.Cai saved my life as a corporate slave. Front desk is also very nice.
