Dr Shaver is incredible. Highly recommend. Easy refills and she always has a plan to look ahead in the future. It’s good to realize that as I’m getting older I look forward to having healthier hair instead of looking forward to losing it.

Dr. Bernstein is a truly kind and thoughtful doctor. I had a very successful consultation with him, and would recommend to anyone. No idea what these negative reviews on the character of the doctor are about.

Had to update my review to "prove" I was legitimately a patient. Pretty classless to try and discredit reviewers by claiming they can't verify you had a procedure. More terrifying, I woke up during the procedure and felt the machine ripping my flesh and they don't remember that!? Maybe that happens a lot at their office, but all the more reason to avoid it. There's nothing I want from their office, this review is to offer my personal experience to people thinking about having the procedure. This is the only one star review I've ever written, but I felt strongly that people should know that the treatment here is bizarre and unacceptable.

I came for a consult, and Dr. Shaver comes across as a very honest and knowledgeable doctor. Extremely respectful and really felt like she cares about the long term health and results of her patient. Would refer friends here

Trash business. I paid more than $17,000 for what I now understand is a bad hair transplant. Got an FUT procedure and I've been left with a scar that's genuinely 1cm in width and that spans my entire head. Plus, shortly after the procedure I suffered from shock loss, which Bernstein's own website says is a sign of a bad hair transplant. Do not go to this business unless you'd like to pay an inconceivable sum to look worse than you currently do. Also, if you go to this office, they'll wait until you take powerful medication to get you to sign a contract in which you agree to spend extra $ in exchange for extra transplanted follicles. Pressuring people who are on strong opiates that you've just given them to sign a binding agreement is... let's just say it's not something the better business bureau encourages.
