You get to your appointment 15 minutes before you appointment time, and you need to wait 1 hours into the doctor see you. This clinic gives the same appointment time to multiple peoples. The secretary in the front is not professional, always with attitude.

Terrible time management. First appointment waited 90 minutes. I placed a $50 deposit for a plasma facial and was assured that I wouldn’t have to wait anymore than 15 minutes this time. After 70 minutes of waiting I requested my deposit back. The Physicians Assistant said “This is a medical office honey, not a Spa”. My deposit was refunded.
