Natalie in the scheduling office is truly amazing. I have been overwhelmed and trying to schedule seemingly millions of doctor’s appts. Natalie explained the (very complicated) process for steps in getting a procedure approved, scheduled, etc and handled all of it w grace and a smile. I have great difficulty understanding these kinds of things and she was very clear, succinct and kind. I am a new patient and am relieved to be assisted so well.

Professor and Physician Bo Shen saved my life. He is warm, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s been a long road, but Bo Shen never gave up. My life is slowly returning to normal. I owe a debt of gratitude for his care.

Dr SHEN is Very good in what he does I have ALOT of Confidence in him he is great he has done me a lot of good in my health. I don’t know how the Cleveland clinic will ever be able to replace him because he is replaceable. Hope to talk with him before November 15th. Sincerely, Marcia Blubaugh

Dr. Shen was arrogant, condesending, showed extreme lack of compassion and mocked me prior to a procedure. He also performed an entire procedure with inadequate sedation. I was awake and in pain through the procedure and let him know that I could feel what was happening and was experiencing severe pain. The pain was not resolved and he spent very little time discussing the outcome of the procedure with myself and my husband. I would not recommend Dr. Shen to anyone.

Best doctor I have ever had. I fly in from Florida once a year to have my check up He is very professional and I trust him with my life. I have been his patient for over 11 years. He does things no other gastroenterologist can do.
