Nope!!! Never again. I started going here a couple of years ago. Had good results with jeuveau. I started to try other places because they were closer to where I live in Brooklyn, but decided to try bodyfactory again. I told the injector that I liked what I had before, but she decided to add whatever she wanted without asking me. Now my eyelids are so tense and wide open - I look like a crazy mass shooter- and I have severe eye strain. I confirmed with someone who answered the phone that the injector did indeed add units that did that. Again... without asking me if it was ok. For some reason the person who I spoke to on the phone thinks a consultation will help. However, I already know from experience that once they inject it the only thing that works is letting it wear off and I have to have severe eye strain for 3 months. The injector was also very careless and I bruised like never before. She even just felt sloppy and inexperienced. I'll never go back again. Nothing like the feeling of waking up with eye strain when your eyes should be relaxed! And the shape of my eyes is so terrible and embarrassing.

It has been three and a half weeks since my Botox treatment, and I am still seeing noticeable frown lines. Unfortunately, I am unhappy with the results, as I expected a visible improvement by this point. If clients are expected to return and continue services, the results should reflect the quality promised. I would appreciate a review of my treatment and a discussion on how this can be corrected
