I had the most awesome consultation with Dave. He made me feel instantly comfortable. It felt great to finally speak with a highly trained and experienced specialist. I have been thinking about hair transplants for at least 15 years but really haven’t talked about it with many people. It always seemed like such an extreme solution and was something that I would consider “one day.” I still have hair but it’s clear my buzz cut days are numbered so that day has come! I spent $30,000 on Bosley. Absolutely fraudulent what they market and how their transplants grow in/stay. Five years after my procedure 90% of the hair had fallen out. I was left with scars on back of my head and less hair than I started with. I'm surprised there isn't a class action suit against this company. DO NOT give these people your money.

A red flag went up when I saw Bosley had their own line of marketed products. "Snake oils" with pretty marketing schemes. They has their own shampoo, vitamins, tonics and what not. Money makers with no scientifically proven results. $$$$Then I paid $7K partly from a personal loan. The amount of grafts was so small it didn't even give me partial adequate scalp coverage. I felt ripped off and I was ripped off. I inevitably found an honest low profile clinic that gave me major bang for my buck. Limmer in San Antonio. But there are many more great facilities that go under radar. I am so happy now. Bosley pays an ungodly amount of money on marketing and advertising. Customers pay for all that plus to produce profits. Bosley knows they have a steady stream of new vulnerable customers desperately turning to them for hope. Their dissatisfied customers' complaints don't get enough traction to make a dent in Bosley's business. Bosley literally and figuratively has suckers like me lining up with high hopes and the willingness to go into debt. Massive advertising is powerful. Please look for a reputable clinic on line. Take your time. Meet with the doctors if you can even if you have to travel. Ask to speak with former patients. Be your own advocate. You can do it !

The specialist was great! She was knowledgeable, coherent and convincing, as well as understanding and caring. The intake process was quick and efficient and the offices were beautiful and clean.

Operation was great. Dr.Cohen and his staff members were very good. Operation was smooth and services were extraordinary. They did their best to make me feel comfortable. They were in touch with me after the operation. They refunded the money when they were not able to get grafts. But there was no information about hidden costs. They were deducted in the place of hair grafts. I got shocked, as they should have mentioned about them. I also strongly suggest you go for FUE instead of FUT. There was a huge difference what counselors were saying and what was happening in the operation. Better prepare for $1000 hidden cost and do through research about FUE.
