Horrible job not worth it at all I stopped paying because I realized it was all a scam they make you feel good like you gone have hope within a year it's almost a new year I have no good results it actually got my hair looking worst than before the surgery I'm very depressed can't go outside because I done feel good about myself the hair pills not working either don't waste money

I was extremely impressed with the amount of staff, friendliness and team work that went along with my treatment!

From the moment I arrived at the office for my procedure everything was smooth. I was taken in right away, met with the coordinator who went over the process. I then met with the doctor to speak about the procedure. My wife who accompanied on the visit was given her own personal waiting area which we really appreciated given the length of time the procedure was going to take. From there I met with the team and doctor and began the procedure. They were kind, upbeat and made me feel comforted the entire time. I highly recommend the team at Bosely to anyone looking for this procedure and hair replacement. I wish I could give more then five stars.

Ken Batt is the best! He took his time, answered all of my questions and concerns. This guy truly went above and beyond, to make sure I fully understood everything about the procedure. This was a way better experience than I have ever had at any other clinic.

This is my second hair transplant in the last 6 years at bosley and I must say that this experience was even better than my first. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and made sure all questions and concerns were answered extensively. The team that helped with my case were wonderful. DR. Alpeter and the PA Mike were both very personable and took time and care during my procedure and Brenda and Jasmin, did an amazing job and were extremely professional and efficient during my restoration as well as everyone else on the team working on my case. I recommend all of them! And would absolutely do this again.

They prescribed me finasteride and this led to terrible neurocognitive side effects. Nobody here bothered to explain to me how the drug actually works, and now I’m stuck hoping this gets better. Research what DHT does yourself—the tradeoff is NOT appropriate and this clinic made no effort to even recognize a potential tradeoff—it’s not even that effective at saving your hair I hope this gets better as having to live with this wouldn’t be pleasant. Steer clear of this medication and these people —disgusting how quickly they’re willing to introduce hormonal poison into your body for a few bucks. Stereotypically bad, money-driven “medicine”

How professional the women are beginning to end of my surgery. I would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone who asks. They just have to realize it's not going to happen overnight.

My experience was great! Got in and filled up some paperwork. Once it was finished, after 10 minutes was called for my consult. The gentleman was very nice and pleasing to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely would recommend him to anyone. Any questions about the procedure or pricing he was willing to answer honestly. Just the confidence that they have in the procedure that’s being done it’s comforting everything will go. You will get your moneys worth!
