Bounce Back Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I honestly can't put into words how incredible Bounce PT has been for my son. We've been going there for 2 years and Amanda is nothing short of amazing. Without her and Crystal along with Gwen, my son would not be thriving. They advocate for us when others don't listen and we're so fortunate to have an office like this in the community. I honestly dread the day that we get discharged because Bounce is part of our family. The level of care exceeds other providers in the area and my son's wellbeing is their primary concern.

Bounce Back Physical Therapy is excellent. They have one on one care from a quality physical therapist for the full appointment. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and skilled. Fabricio Rodrigues is exceptional. They provide a much higher level of care and attention than the typical physical therapy office.

Bounce Back is a wonderful place. My neuropathy came from chemotherapy. My cancer was cured but my body felt crippled. Fabricio is a wonderful therapist. Thank God for him and Gabriel his intern. Now at least I have hope. Fabulous place with magical people😊

A clinica é bem localizada e possui uma variedade de equipamentos para acompanhar diferentes estágio da evolução de cada paciente. O Fabricio é um excelente profissional, muito atencioso com seus pacientes e preocupado com a evolução de cada um. A cada sessão tenho mais consciência corporal e noto bastante diferença no meu corpo, principalmente em termos de mobilidade, flexibilidade, força e resistência. Todas as sessões de fisioterapia são divertidas, pois Fabricio sempre está de bom humor. Ele constantemente me desafia a dar o meu melhor, e como recompensa, no final de cada sessão ele dedica alguns minutos para fazer massagem e relaxar os músculos trabalhados. Nunca tive a oportunidade de fazer fisioterapia com outros profissionais da clínica, mas todos eles são educados e muito bem recomendados. Bounce Back Physical Therapy is well located and has a large variety of equipments to support different needs of each patient. Fabricio is an excellent professional, very considerate towards his patients and worried about the progress of each of them. Every session I gain more body consciousness and I notice a lot of difference in my body, mainly in terms of mobility, flexibility, strength and resistance. All sessions are fun because Fabricio is always in a good mood. He constantly challenges me to give my best, and as a reward, at the end of each session Fabricio dedicates the last few minutes to do massage and relax any tense muscles. I have never had the chance to do PT with the other therapists of the clinic, but all of them are extremely polite and well recommended.

I have 5 herniated discs and was at the point of treating the pain with epidural injections when I first got to Bounce Back. Their approach completely changed my live with exercises that strengthened my core and back muscles. I never thought I’d be able to lift 45 pounds again! I’m now pain free, meds free and back to exercising! Thanks BB! Thanks Fabrício!

Bounce back is such an awesome place. Working with Fabricio was a real pleasure. He meets you where you're at, while encouraging you to push yourself (while listening to your body!). He helped me discover lots of new and achievable ways of moving and strengthening my body. He also made it fun! It's an inclusive environment for aging, fat, injured and disabled bodies. All are welcome and are met with care.

Bounce Back has helped me to prepare and recover from hip replacement and, equally important, helped me maintain my flexibility and strength as I age. A first class facility, with a caring staff, Fabricio’s leadership makes healthy living pleasurable!

I have been a patient at Bounce Back for several years and have been treated there for back and chronic shoulder issues. Having been to many other PT facilities over the years, I would say that Bounce Back is hands-down the best. Fabricio, his team of therapists, and his office managers, Irene and Laura, are all an amazing group. They are friendly, professional and personable. They genuinely care about their patients’ health and well-being. The team is very knowledgeable and provides high quality, one-on-one, hands-on treatment that is tailored to the individual patients’ needs vs. scripted like some other “factory” facilities that see multiple patients simultaneously. I have specifically worked with Fabricio and have become close friends with him. What I really like about his approach is how he layers in additional disciplines to the treatment to help you get better and meet your goals. As an active middle-aged man, he has helped me by incorporating treatment and exercise with flexibility and strength training. Fabricio has worked with me to build better body awareness and focus on proper form, alignment and breathing to prevent further injury. In addition, he is just the greatest guy and makes therapy fun.

As a long time patient, I would go through hell and high water to get to an appointment. Bounce Back has seen me since inception through two knee replacements, foot and toe surgery and severe back injuries. I'm currently fighting pending shoulder surgery - four years ago I was told I could never raise my hand over my head. I have the last laugh. At age 70, I can do handstands, swim 50 laps and lift weights, all thanks for Fabricio and Eduardo who are the G O D S of physical therapy as far as I'm concerned. In addition, during this terrible pandemic, the office keeps the highest health, safety and sanitary standards, even more so than a hospital. Irene and Laura always help with any billing problems and are always concerned for the patient. I will NEVER go to another physical therapist, EVER.

A truly gifted physical therapist knows how to "read" your body and prescribe just the right combination of treatment and exercise to alleviate pain and help healing. Fabricio is genuinely gifted in this respect, and he and his staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. In my case, they have lessened the pain I experience from nerve damage, and they have helped me heal. I strongly recommend Bounce Back.
