Dr Reichler saw my mom today. No compassion. Not willing to get test results from east river imaging or call her primary dr. Recommended surgery for an 86 year old woman. Looked over all the notes I came with but didn’t look over anything that was on the computer prior to moms appt. a total wasted appt

I highly recommend Dr. Reichler. Aside from his obvious expertise, I found him to be extraordinarily attentive, incredibly thorough and very empathic. I also felt he went above and beyond to help me. I'm very impressed and appreciative.

One of the most thorough and engaged doctors I have ever seen. He took the time to really understand my issue and expediated all my test results I cannot reccomend Dr Reichler enough.

I havent seen him in a while because luckily I havent needed to! However I do think he is a good neurologist. He helped me figure out a long term solution for my migraines (which was the right medication that ended up breaking the cycle of migraines that had been going on at least 2 months!). He does talk fast and might come across as a bit quirky so for some might be hard to follow but he will re explain if necessary.

He’s too busy and not interested. I’m a complicated spine patient referred to him for nerve pain. Lots of tests with no resolution. He rarely calls back and only on Wednesday’s. Always get voicemail at the office. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a call back so I’m going to someone else.

Dr Reichler is so busy that he doesn’t take calls during the day and only returns calls on Wednesdays. I’m a complicated spine patient that was referred to him for nerve pain. Lots of tests with no resolution. His secretary never answers the phone so it’s always voicemail. It’s been over 2 weeks that I’m waiting for a call back so I’m going to someone else. I’ve never seen a doctor treat a patient like this.

Dr. Reichler is competent, pleasant, and generous with his time. He spent over an hour and 15 minutes with me, obtaining my extensive past history, understanding it clearly, and then recommending further testing in order to arrive at a conclusion. He is quite logical and rational, and listens carefully to his patients. He is super expert at doing Emg's.

I was enormously impressed by Dr. Reichler's knowledge, demeanor, communication skills, and the amount of time he spent with me. Even though worried about my memory issues, I had fun talking with him. He was VERY attentive to all my symptoms, and administered a number of tests. The receptionist was exceedingly friendly, his billing person, not quite so much. I had a great visit to this physician, and have tremendous confidence in his abilities and the advice he gave. 5 out of 5, would recommend him to anyone.Note, name is Brion, not "Brian".
