Great bedside manner!!! She told me what she was doing before moving forward and that was very reassuring and comforting! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Riccobono was super sweet and professional. The staff were lovely. Overall I had a great experience and I’m happy to have found my new gynecologist. (Which has been a whole other issue as many women know).

I really love the doctor, but the desk reception makes me wary of returning. They are very rude and prone to making mistakes when scheduling appointments. They were impolite even when I asked questions (in my opinion) calmly. Perhaps this was just the case for the one particular woman I had to deal with, but it ruined the experience for me and I will not be returning. They are also really terrible with picking up calls. Luckily I work nearby and was able to stop by to get a question answered. It's always the same lady every time who I have an issue with. She really makes the visit to/interaction with the women's doctor horrible for the patient!

Not a licensed OB. I came to confirm pregnancy. After a positive urine sample, nurses took blood, asked me to come back for ultrasound and ran more tests. Dr. Goltyapina then called with test results and to say she is not licensed to treat pregnant patients. This made me feel misled since she said I need to come back to her office a second time for ultrasound and more tests regarding the pregnancy.....I think the office just wants to run up bills to pass on to patients until she is legally required to inform patients she isn't licensed. Her office won't bill my insurance for prenatal care. She said I should have known better and that I must be smart because I live in New York and should be able to figure out that she is just a GYN. I am taking this claim up with my insurance because she is listed in the directory as OB/GYN.

Horrible experience! Daria from front desk took the information over the phone (I asked several times if the dr takes my mother’s insurance), and scheduled the appointment. In addition, the receptionist was rude. My mother waited a month for the appointment, took a day off from work, travelled- only to come and learn that the dr doesn’t accept her insurance. Unprofessional and unacceptable! Don’t waste your time!

Rude attitude at front desk from Daria! Her behavior was such that she doesn't care about patients and her job at all. I wish the doctor could read it because they are losing patients because of Daria. She doesn't care about patient's respect. Incredibly rude! Will never visit this place again.
