Cameron K Rokhsar's Online Review Report Card

I am sad to say that when I brought my concerns about two treatments I received to Dr. Rokhsar's attention, his immediate response was to act defensive, start quoting statistics from the product brochure, and proceeded to tell his narrative of events. He showed no compassion or care for my feelings. Instead of approaching the topic by stating that he was sorry that I felt this way ( after spending 4K!) and let's review the before and after photos together and discuss furthermore - his defensive approach left me wanting to leave the room to end the conversation immediately. Although, I trusted his clinical guidance, I felt let down by the results. When I asked how we reach a resolution - he said just buy more sessions ($$$$$$). I therefore promptly left the room and told him he lost a customer in which his response was "I don't want people like you anyway". I will assume that is "people like me" are those who criticize his guidance/ the outcome of his procedures. I think though that he formely liked "people like me" who pay high rates ( but the catch is we expect results!). I would NOT recommended this practice. In NY there are plenty of other practices that will treat you with compassion and excellent clinical guidance - take your business elsewhere!

I was referred by my dermatologist a MOHS procedure for skin cancer and had my consult today. I had no wait time and was first seen by an assistant and then Dr. Rokhsar. He explained the procedure, answered all questions, and gave me written material. Next, the in office operation.

Dr Rokhsar is a gifted surgeon. He has healed me and my family for 20 yrs. His dedication and expertise has saved our lives in regards to skin cancer. He has performed several Mohs surgeries on our faces and bodies. I'm extremely grateful to him and his staff who have gone above and beyond in all aspects of medicine. From getting an appt. to diagnosis, treatment and follow up. They are tops. I cannot recommend Dr. Rokhsar enough.

Horrible results need plastic surgery after

I’ve been unhappy with the deviation of my nose for a long time. I really didn’t want to undergo rhinoplasty with its major risks and complications. When I found out about the non-surgical nose job, I was ecstatic to give it a try! I have never done a cosmetic procedure before and wanted to make sure i’m treated with a board certified, professional and prestigious doctor. Then I found Dr. Rokhsar, He truly is a pioneer. Dr. Rokhsar has been doing non-surgical nose jobs for over 17 years; he’s does it more than any other doctor! His staff is very nice and the office is very professional. I was a bit nervous at first but Dr.Rokhsar made me feel relaxed, comfortable and he truly cares for his patients. He took his time answering all my questions and concerns. Finally after 15 minutes of the painless procedure I was stunned to see the final results, my deviation was actually gone and I couldn’t be more happier! I would highly recommend him to anyone for their cosmetic as well as dermatological needs.

As always, great experience at Dr. Rokshar’s office. He is attentive, remembers details, and takes good care of his patients. My entire family goes here, and has the same positive experiences as me.

Dr. Rokhsar is awesome. He listens to his patients and make suggestions based on their concerns. He is very detailed when providing options with the latitude for patients to make the final decisions.

Dr Rokhsar has been my preferred doctor for about 15 years now. I completely trust him with any procedure. I have tried just about everything!! He's honest and realistic which is exactly what you want in a doctor. If you want something done that you don't need he's going to tell you. Not many doctors doing that these days!! I would refer him to my mother and I have. If you trust someone with your Mom that's all that needs to be said.

As always, I leave Dr. Rokhsar’s office feeling much better than when I arrived. Today I had the most wonderful facial with Irina and I feel beautiful and glowing. Dr Rokhsar gave me a full exam of my skin. There were a few moles that concerned me and he biopsies them. As is typical, he’s professional with a wonderful manner. I feel confident in his care. The staff is warm and wonderful as well. Next month, fillers! PS Beautiful, clean office.

What a wonderful experience. Beginning with the thorough consultation and beautiful and natural results that i could see immediately after my procedure I would also like to thank the Nurse for her work, authenticity, and compassion. Dr. Rokhsar, Results and staff are the reason I know that I will definitely be back again.
