Cares Only About Cash Nice woman but views patients as a cash cow and just gets people in the door to pay, dispense scripts and move on to the next patient. Go to an endoctrinologist with more compassion and bedside manner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sierra's for approximately 15 years. I first became a patient when I was going through terrible perimenopausal symptoms. Dr. Sierra was thoughtful, thorough and kind. She not only created a brilliant protocol, but identified a gluten allergy.Both improved my health, enormously. Her compassionate care has been and continues to be both informative and transformative! I owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Sierra and enthusiastically recommend her to family, friends and acquaintances!

Dr Sierra treats her patients like cash cows and doesn't really care for the patient's well being. I was referred to her by a friend and I made the mistake of not reading carefully the new patient docs I signed to make my first appointment . I thought I was getting a plan to get my hormones in balance but instead I paid $750 for an initial consult which doesn't count and the 1 follow up to review the blood work results . She doesn't take any insurance . What I cld say is that she isn't upfront about what consult covers or not and doesn't care what your situation is. . What bothered me the most is her lack of empathy and concern for helping me after unpaid her $750. she left me hanging out to dry after just one consult . Just beware and Know what your paying for before you go to her . I wld have never signed up if I had been told up front how she works . all she said was that it was in the paper wok that I signed and didn't honor my 2nd follow up appointment . Thumbs down to this doctor .!

It's deceiving to not explain upfront what is included in the initial fee of $750. I thought I was getting a plan to find out what kind of hormonal imbalance I may have and that follow ups were included. Just saying..... beware and read the fine print of any paper work she sends you cause that's what she told me when I set up my follow up appointment after seeing her just once. Follow up is another $450 if you don't make an appointment before 90 days. Hey its not a crime to be so impersonal and treat patients like cash cows but certainly worth noting when selecting a doctor. Thumbs down for her professionalism and way of running the practice.

Finally, a doctor who listened! I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and the age of 22, had a total thyroidectomy. No one ever took the time to explain the lifelong effects. For the past 17 years, I have bounced from the doctors who say "test results are normal" yet I continued to gain weight, felt terrible pains, brain fog amongst so many other symptoms. I did everything they said to do. Gym, eat less... and nothing ever worked. Two months ago, I found Dr. Sierra online via yelp reviews. I took another chance and so far, she has changed my life! It's as if she had known me and my condition her entire life. She explained everything in detail, took her time, showed empathy, and truly works with you to get you to better health. She is truly efficient, and you can see she loves what she does! 100% Worth the investment in you and your health! Gracias Dr. Sierra!

Look at the date for all of the great reviews. Dr. Sierra hasn't been a 5-star doctor for quite sometime an especially over COVID. She makes you sign a document that basically says, "I don't take insurance and if you don't come a certain amount, I will not treat you". Which is fine - because at least she tells you upfront that all she cares about is her paycheck. Now that she can do virtual, it's a REAL trip. $400 for 15 mins. That's what you get. AND if you miss a visit, don't worry - she charges you MORE. She doesn't ask in that time if you're okay. Doesn't ask how your feeling knowing she prescribed you medication. She doesn't want to know if your credit card isn't delivered upfront. What kind of doctor does that? Seriously. It's so upsetting. But if you do read this review and go to her - I promise your first meeting will be all smiles and teachings and consulting. After that you have a receptionist call you before your FaceTime appointment to get your credit card and Dr. Sierra will determine the price of what she feels like charging. So good luck. My advice, just go somewhere else. My friend who recommended me said that she is leaving her practice too. I have a feeling a lot of people are.

What an absolutely joke. I lost my job and so I didn’t make 1 of my appointments and asked them to push when I was re-employed and Dr. Sierra said she was charging me another $100 on my visit for that. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself Dr. Sierra. I lost my job in a PANDEMIC. Don’t call yourself a doctor, you don’t care about the people you treat. And don’t make the excuse because you filled a prescription for 1 month that warranted anything. Your 15-min, $370 virtual appointments were always paid in full and on time. You’ve become a complete sell out. What a disappointment.

Exceptional in her field, amazing bedside manner is just a few words to describe Dr. Sierra. Dr. Sierra is extremely thorough, listens, and takes interest in finding the root cause of the problem to properly diagnose and treat. She is also a big advocate of sharing as much information as possible with you to learn about your diagnoses and treatment. Aside from the Dr. the entire office staff is friendly, polite, and diligent in returning calls and following up. I would highly recommend Dr. Sierra.
