Dr. Levine and his whole staff have been nothing short of kind and amazing during this process. My fiance and I regret not switching to CCRM earlier! Highly recommend to all my friends and family and to anyone else going through IVF.

The doctors we have worked with here (Dr. Choi and then Dr. Bayer) were knowledgeable and professional. However, the rest of the clinic is a nightmare. The clinic is not equipped to handle gestational surrogacy, and their nurses and NP were unable to communicate clearly with our GC which resulted in 1 cycle being missed. In a later cycle, they let our GC travel from Missouri only to cancel the cycle 1 day before the transfer. ADDITIONALLY, the communication between the clinic staff and billing services seems totally non-existent. They continued to try to bill us for embryo storage, despite the fact we had moved all of our embryos to another clinic. Would recommend seeking REI treatment at another clinic where the clinic staff actually picks up the phone, responds to repeated messages and cares about their patients.
