The staff are wonderful. Exactly as you would hope for. This is a great place to evaluate and solve any hearing challenges. I highly recommend!
For the last 13 years I have received caring, professional support and healthcare at the Center for Hearing and Communication from the top caregivers in the field. I always feel heard, informed, and positive about my hearing concerns and I would highly recommend their services.
The Center for hearing and communication is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this service.
We had a great experience at the Center for Hearing. The front desk was very courteous and Sandra the audiologist was very professional. She explained the insurance plan coverage, talked about the different hearing aids and how they worked and was super patient with the fitting. She made sure that everything was perfect for my mom. Also she always returns calls to follow up on questions when we leave her a message.
Good luck trying to make an appointment. Although 3 different people in the office answer the phone, they transfer you to the one person who's not in the office and it drops to her voice mail. If I'm free right now to make an appointment, they want me to leave a voice mail so they can call me back tomorrow. Most people who are working have limited time to do these tasks and I personally don't like being called back while I'm in the middle of a meeting. It shouldn't take days to make an appointment. I was a previous patient but I doubt I'll continue. So annoying.
Everyone was helpful and explained reasons for recomendations.
Experienced and kind audiologist, knowledgeable about current hearing aid technology from numerous manufacturers, plenty of time to make sure I get the hearing aid best for my hearing loss. I also love that CHC has roots going back 100 years treating hearing issues, and that they have always been a non-profit.
A terrific place! I got my hearing aids there with great care from Dominique who was thorough, patient and knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!
I am extremely grateful for the caring and thorough treatment I've received at the Center for Hearing and Communication. The audiologist did a thorough initial evaluation, helped me to confirm my insurance coverage, supported me by providing my new hearing aids, and she gave close follow-up with all instructions and adjustments that were needed. I highly recommend the warm and exceptional clinical care this center provides. Sincerely, Barry Sorkin
Shelby and the team at CHC are really great and I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking such help. Indeed, a friend recommended them to me and I'm so pleased that he did.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
