This practice has gone completely down hill. I used to recommend them to everyone I came in contact with and now would tell them to steer clear. Zero stars for management The 3 stars is for the hygienists and Dr. Martin. I will be sorry to not be her patient but I will not be returning here. They switched providers on me for no reason when my long time doctor was in. In the middle of my cleaning I was approached by someone to say they mixed up my insurance with another patient and I would have to pay out of pocket. They also had the wrong information when i checked in. This could be detrimental. Not only was my experience bad and disappointing today, while I was in the chair I heard another patient say she was given conflicting information and had they not had the wherewithal to call there could have been serious issues. Miss the old location and practice before they moved and likely got bought by PE trying to have a fancy lobby.

Genuinely the best dental experience I've ever had. Everything about CPW Dentistry is clearly designed with intention to ensure a positive patient experience. The space is calming, the team is friendly and hospitable, and there are so many details in their approach that are patient-centered. My first exam and cleaning was thorough. They explained everything so clearly, I feel fully informed about my oral health. I was given a quote for all procedures before they were performed and truly given the option to have them or not. They go above and beyond here, I don't think I've ever been so impressed by a dental practice before! My only regret is not switching to CPW sooner!

I've been going to CPW Dentistry for three years and absolutely love them. Dr. Olstein and Dorothee in particular are fantastic. I wouldn't use any other Dentist!

This was seriously the best dentist experience I have ever had. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. My hygienist, Sunny, was hilarious and makes me excited to come back to the dentist. Dr. Montenegro was so kind and knowledgeable. So glad I found this practice!

I had an emergency , they were able to see me on the same day. Dr. Montenegro is the super best , and of course her Assitant Dorothee is amazing. And I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with my cleanings and Invisalign. The whole staff is very kind, love working with Dr. Kopp and Dorothee. The new office is also gorgeous!
