I don’t usually write reviews but I had to break my rule for Central Park West Dentistry. I have a horrible dental phobia – I hate the dentist. Frankenstein has nothing on me when it comes to his fear of fire and my fear of the dentist. I best him to the nth degree when it comes to me being terrified of the dentist.At my first visit to the office on West 68th Street, Heilen came to sit next to me to explain my dental benefits. I must have had the most pitiful look on my face because she asked me if I was okay. The minute she said that, I burst out in gut-wrenching tears. I was terrified. She called Cailin, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Kim, to speak to me. The three of them were so understanding of my fears and anxiety and reassured me that I would be okay. They were right. The cleaning, with Anel sitting next to me the entire time, went well and I experienced no pain.My second visit, a root canal that needed two sessions, was with Dr. Goswami. At the first session, I met Meghan. She also assured me that I would be okay and she was correct. I then meet Tori, who explained the virtue of, and gave me nitrous oxide, which is amazing – it helped to calm me down immensely. The root canal went well and again I experienced no pain before or after. On the second visit, I meet Sabrina, another extremely nice treatment coordinator.I had dental implants with Dr. Gardner. She is amazing as well. I had a lot of injections, and did not feel any of them. After, I only needed tylenol for mild, mostly annoying, pain.If, like me, you need to be in the office when it is quiet, you can always ask for the best time and you will be accommodated. Also, what is great about this practice is that the people who work there have also had procedures done at CPW Dentistry, so they can talk to you about the doctors. That has to be a major indicator of the power and kindness of the doctors.I want to give the biggest thank you to Heilen, Cailin, Dr. Kim, Dr. Gardner, Dr. Kuller, Jess, Meghan, Anel, Dr. Goswami, Tori, Jess, Jessica, and everyone else in the office. You are the best and I couldn’t have done it without you!My final words, I still need more work to be done – a lot more, but if your dental phobia is through the roof, make an appointment here asap. You are treated like the adult you are, although you may be crying like the biggest baby in the whole wide world. You won’t regret it.

A wonderful staff that truly cares about doing the best job. I had a broken tooth, and my face swole up. Found their office, got informed of the issue and best ways to treat it. Had a two-part root canal, and a crowning coming up in a couple of weeks. This staff is kind, funny, informative and professional. Thank you!

Central Park West Dentistry has completely changed my view of going to the dentist. With each visit I feel so welcomed and taken care of. My hygienist, Diane, made me feel incredibly welcomed and was so personable, she felt like a friend. I now look forward to going to the dentist! I recommend Central Park West Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Amazing experience! Receptionists Jordan and Andrew were so welcoming and gracious. The office was clean and COVID safety was A+! Diane the hygienist gave me a terrific cleaning and was so sweet. Dr. Kuller made sure all my concerns were addressed.

My fear of seeing a dentist because of Covid was completely resolved after my visit to Dr. Piamonte at CPW. The attention to screening, PPE, and the installation of an amazing air filtration system throughout the offices relieved my anxiety.
