I would absolutely not recommend. I called about an emergency walk-in early morning and the person who answered told me it was fine and they take walk-ins up until 5. I informed her I was coming from another borough and she said it was okay. As I’m on my way I’m like let me call to let them know again. Thank god I did. They informed me walk-ins are not guaranteed and I wouldn’t been seen that day. Absolutely horrible way to run a business when everyone isn’t on the same page about policies and have people waste money and time traveling to them. I will be posting about this place on other social media platforms so people know not to waste their time.

For dental : Dr. Bogdan is an excellent dentist. He treated my mom ( 67+ )with exceptional care, patience, and kindness throughout her dental treatment. He clearly explained every step of the process and made sure she was comfortable and understood what to expect before each procedure. My mom underwent a tooth extraction, bone graft, core build-up, and crown, and Dr. Bogdan handled each procedure with great skill and professionalism. The entire experience was smooth, and the results exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate the outstanding care he and his team provided. I highly recommend Dr. Bogdan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled dentist.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. I came to this clinic for routine dental treatment. After the procedure, my tooth began to hurt, and the pain quickly became severe. I returned to the clinic multiple times with acute pain. During those visits, I was advised to take painkillers and sent home. From my perspective, my condition was worsening. I asked about removing the tooth because it seemed that the treatment was not working and the pain was increasing. At that time, no further treatment was performed, and I was told that insurance approval was needed. I did not feel that my situation was treated as urgent, despite the level of pain I was experiencing. I was not offered an alternative solution that I was aware of, and I left each visit still in significant discomfort. My condition continued to deteriorate, and early one morning my wife had to take me to the Emergency Room, where I was diagnosed with a serious infection. I required urgent surgical treatment and was hospitalized for a week. Surgeons had to drain the infection and perform a procedure involving my gum and cheek. Based on my experience, this situation escalated far beyond what I expected from routine dental care and raised serious concerns for me about the decisions made during my treatment. At the same time, I was undergoing treatment at this clinic for a crown on another tooth. The crown became loose the day after it was placed, which was concerning to me. The crown was taken for adjustment, and I was told it would be ready in two weeks. Instead, this process extended to nearly a year, with repeated visits, very limited communication, and no clear outcome. Eventually, I was told the crown had been lost. I was then told a new crown would be made. Several more months have passed since then, and I still have not received a completed result or clear updates. Each time I call, I am unable to get a clear answer. Meanwhile, my insurance has already paid for this procedure, but the treatment has not been completed. From my perspective, this raises serious concerns about how the process has been handled. I am someone who takes care of my health and follows through with treatment, including paying out of pocket when necessary. In return, I expect clear communication, reasonable timelines, and consistent care. In my experience, I encountered ongoing delays, lack of communication, and an outcome that required emergency medical treatment elsewhere. New York has many dental clinics. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable returning here and would encourage others to carefully consider their options.

If you are looking for a dentist who is professional, honest, and skilled at handling difficult cases, go see Dr. Vargas. After a terrible experience elsewhere, I was very nervous, but Dr. Vargas took on my challenging crown replacements with total confidence and patience. ​He and his assistants, Soleh and Carmen, are an amazing team. They make you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk in. I’ve had three visits so far and I can honestly say I trust Dr. Vargas completely with my dental health. He doesn't just do the work; he makes sure it’s done right. The dental clinic can do better with the front desk staff even though my last visit (on a Saturday) was much better.

He's an excellent dentist. He knows exactly what to do. He listens and explains exactly what needs to be done. I'd give him ten stars if I could. Thank you.

First off i want to give a shout out to the dental assistant i had. I don't think i caught her name but she was the sweetest most engaging person and our conversation was so natural and casual like she was an old friend which made my very first visit (Today) to this office such a great experience. Of course my dentist Ethan was exceptional and very helpful as well but today's cherry and 5 star earner was her ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜.
