Colvin, (1943-2008).I harbor a certain reluctance to see doctors, as I have been mis-diagnosed; in one case due to perfidy committed by many senior infectious disease doctors in the setting a tickborne diseases. A profound antinosologic anti-diagnostic posture leaving many with profound morbidity . . .This failure caused rather significant problems for me: one quite seriousThis reservation about medical care overtook me. I did not follow up the 1997 surgical repair until ~ 2018/19 when I obtained the first f/u scan in over two decades. Obvious post surgical changes were evident.These provoked the generalist I had gone to (after ~ 22 years) to call me on a late Friday afternoon in a most pressured manner telling me, I was at very short term risk for a major cardiac event. Details are not necessary.What the internist told me was most unwanted; and most disquieting.The question loomed, was it indicated?I had seen Dr. Kliger about three days prior; compelled to share the internists concern I spoke briefly to Dr. Kliger who swatted aside the morbid prognosis rendered by the internist.Calendrics: Now it has been ~ 3 years. Simply the best at everything. Diagnosis, valve replacement, patient information, efficient care caring office aftercare. He cares and is so patient.

He is the best, His love, dedication and compassionate is amazng. He treated my mother like his own family.

Dr. Kliger is a very good, caring, and attentive doctor. Prior to the surgery he was always available for questions, very thorough in his analysis, and really took his time to explore all possible options. After the surgery ( which went very well) he came in to check late in the evening, early morning, and afternoon, even though everything went well. I was very impressed by his thoroughness, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He has immense surgical skills as well.
