I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who was so happy with the service that she wants the whole family to write one! My mom it’s one of the hardest people I have ever known so if she’s happy then it’s 10/10 and I’m glad! If I ever need help to convince I would definitely becoming here!!

I’m very happy and thankful for the service I received at this clinic. Thanks to them I’m awaiting the arrival of my little angel. They are so sweet and kind especially Stephanie! The doctor is so kind too! He treats you like your family. In reality they are all amazing! 10/10!!!!

I wish my experience was better, I had an initial first time visit consultation and we only spoke in person. I'm a young 32 year old woman seeking guidance being on an IUD for the past 15 years and I have a partner that we are both exploring getting pregnant and my options being together for 6 yrs. I have a messed up health history of my hormones and would like to be off of it. His suggestion was to continue to stay on my IUD and just get my eggs frozen ]= I'm extremely confused and I don't think I was taken seriously. My voice felt shot coming home realizing our conversation and it really was poor advice and not listening to me. I'm thinking I can only talk to a woman doctor about all this and unfortunately not men because it felt like I was hitting a wall in a lot of ways and uncomfortable. I'll be seeking help elsewhere

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! the office is a complete joke, the never return calls, they can't handle billing, and the level of incompetency and something that should be reported to the better business bureau! This clinic should NOT be practicing medicine !!!! I went there in April for a consultation, and have been receiving bills in the realm of 13k since. for a consultation because they incorrectly submitted my bloodwork to LabCorp! 6 months I have been trying to resolve this and they don't return calls, no one knows anything, and the irony was they didn't even bother to interpret the results of the tests. A total scam of a medical office!

This place is a scam. I went in for one consultation as they are in-network for my insurance. They sent out bloodwork to out of network offices which landed me a bill for $14,000. They are now pressing me that I need pay with any proof that they got my consent for this charge. Avoid this place at all cost if you don’t want to be scammed

My partner and I had an amazing experience at Chelsea Fertility, we did reciprocal Ivf and we didn't know what to expect, Im 42 years old and didnt know if it was even possible for me to get pregnant, Dr Gindoff suggested a protocol that was easier on my body that wouldn't over stimulate me, and it worked!! Dr Gindoff and nurse Natasha made this emotional roller-coaster an easier ride. Nurse Natasha was so kind and showed empathy to us whenever we had an emotional moment and were so grateful to her for that. Stephanie at the front was extremely helpful, we called so many times with concerns and she did her best to help and would always call back. Also, the office is set up in the most efficient manner which ensured we was in and out of monitoring appointments quickly. We don't have enough words to express how grateful we are, we recently graduated and were ecstatic. Coming to Chelsea Fertility was the best decision we ever made. Thank you for helping us create our family!!
