I had a great experience at Chinatown Hearing Center! The staff were incredibly sweet, fast, and patient with all of my questions. The location is easy to find—it's on the 4th floor, and I had no trouble getting there. I came in to purchase hearing aid batteries, and they had exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of hearing assistance or related products!

Dr. Jenny and Alex are true professionals. This was our first visit to their office and they made me and my daughters feel extremely welcomed. We showed up late for our morning appointment but did not have to wait long to get in. Would highly recommend!

Marcie B. I was very impressed by Alex and the Staff. Alex is very committed to providing the best hearing care possible. They were the only practice within the UnitedHealth Care Hearing network that had the UHC private brand Relate available in Brooklyn.

Dr Jenny He was kind and patient. She offered very helpful advice and she and Anna helped my mother get fitted with a good hearing aid that she’s quite happy with. They were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Chinatown Hearing Center.
