Primitive chiropractor. Does not complete proper evaluation and is very basic with the adjustments. I went here for 8 weeks and was still in discomfort. The doctor also has bad breath, a little weird, and not the best manners. I saw an amazing chiropractor and after one visit I felt terrific!

Unfortunately, I called this practice on Saturday to schedule a Tuesday appointment and promptly emailed my insurance card afterward. However, I never received any follow-up or paperwork to complete. When I called on Tuesday to confirm, I was told I wasn't in their system--despite having booked the appointment days earlier. This was extremely unprofessional. I've been dealing with back pain for days and chose this clinic based on its strong reviews, but due to their mismanagement, I'll be seeking care elsewhere.

I was able to see another chiropractor in the 10019 zip code who not only confirmed my insurance coverage within the hour they also got me in for an appointment that same afternoon. They gave me an initial exam and took X-rays and I paid my copay without any issues. If I didn't have chiropractic coverage they would have had the same issue with insurance as you claimed. So at the end of the day I got what I needed they gained a new patient and you're still stuck with the same story. I'm not even mad but wanted to make sure others knew of my experience with your clinic just in case they experienced anything similar. I'm sure my situation wasn't the only time you've conveniently errored in a patients coverage for whatever reasons you feel comfortable with.

Felt discriminated against. They continuously lied and said that I was not covered but every time I called back with Cigna representative they wouldn't pick up phone. Made me feel rejected and even asked if I was insured through state government market place. Filing a complaint through Cigna and BBB for discriminatory practices.

Long time patient, 1st time reviewer. I have been working with Dr. Rosato as needed for more than 10 years. As I get older I'm understanding chiropractic offers more than just getting bones back in place. I appreciate his gentle and generous nature in adjusting my body and helping me adjust to the changes in my body. I'm grateful he's in my neighborhood, but would travel if he wasn't.

Amazing service and very professional. ChiroClinicHK has a special jade tourmaline blanket that is very healing and soothing before the adjustments begin. Will return very soon.

Dr. Rosato took excellent care of my tension in one sitting. Very knowledgeable and hospitable. Returning next week. Protip: fill out the forms on ChiroHK before you arrive, print all with a copy of your ID + insurance it will speed up your appointment by 20 minutes.
