Amazing... That other drs have such great reviews in the same location. That is why I can not get in with them and easily could get in with her.
I would never go back to her. She has no bedside manner and does not actually listen to her patient. She essentially rushed me out of her office and then called me back thirty minutes later asking me to come back because she forgot to run a test.
Dr. Kravitz is very professional and very kind. She provided the best care for me. She explained everything in details and asked if I had any questions. Information about my care was provided to me after the visit.
Dr. Cho was very dismissive when I went to ask for help from an unknown allergic reaction that has affected me for almost everyday now. When I tried to describe it to her, she did not spend any time trying to understand my situation. So I offered to show her pictures that I had taken of my face when I had the allergic reactions. She did not even want to take a look at the pictures, saying "what can I do with those?" When I told her I have it almost everyday, she asked me "why aren't you having it now?" She made me feel bad for trying to ask her questions. No patient should feel like the doctor is being mean and very unhelpful.

i went there for follow up my surgery, she didnt give me too much information and didnt ask me too much question, i felt she dosent have too much experience and didnt provide me too much care. All of the information she gave to me i can search online myself, it didnt help me to understand my sickness more after visiting her. its kind of wasting my co-payment and time to visit her. she is my pcp because only few doctor accept my insurance i have no choice. if i can choose, i would like to change my pcp to another responsible and more experienced doctor.
