Talking with the doctor and the overall appointment was good. Dr. Liu had good bedside manners and answered whatever questions I had. One star was subtracted due to the long waiting time. I arrived on time and still had to wait about 45 minutes before being seen. Would recommend Dr.Liu otherwise.

Excellent doctor. Listens well and gives in depth review of what is going on. He will answer anyvquestions and give reassurance. Very knowledgeable and NYP is the best place to have anything done.

Dr. Liu is very patient and thoughtful. He listens well and gives full explanations. The best is that he has completely cured by Afib through an ablation procedure and I am now able to resume my active lifestyle.

My consultation with Dr. Liu was very informative in helping me make the decision to proceed with the recommended procedure. The staff was very gracious. The individual who scheduled my procedure (Jeffrey I believe was his name) is such a beautiful human being. The entire staff was great and I would certainly recommend anyone who needs to have a cardiac consultation to come here. I can wholeheartedly give my recommendation without any reservations whatsoever.

I have been Dr. Lou’s patient for approx. 10 years and always find him extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He will spend time with you, answering any questions and explaining all aspects of your care. I would absolutely recommend him. I’ve had several electrophysiology procedures with Dr. Liu and find all staff to be professional and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. liu and NY Presbyterian.
