The doctors are great but some of the Staff besides the Spanish young man who works the front desk is mad GUETTO in my Fabolous Voice Yaherd!!!
I have only had good experiences there. Dr. Mc Niel and the other staff there are very good.
Although the USCIS website says they are approved by the USCIS to do a medical exam, the lady on the phone said they were not doing USCIS certified medical exams; she refused to give me an appointment. Horrible customer service and I immediately found another place to go to.
Horrific place. I called for 3 weeks straight at different times trying to get someone on the phone. I finally had to walk in there to reschedule an appointment for my mom. While I was in the waiting room I called to see why they weren't answering the phones and saw that they were just sitting around using their cellphones and hangout while the office phone rang. I'm definitely going to try and find a different place to take my mom.
On 10/23/18 bus 2025 cut me off twice. Very dangerous driving.We called and the women that answered the phone could care less. I guess Citicare doesn't really care abouto there pessengers.
I've been going to CitiCARE since Dec. 14, 2018. Besides having WAY too many appointments made for follow-ups, and the nurse and Dr.'s assistants ask the same computer questions, which get longer every time you answer yes, and the long wait time to see the Doctor and his assistant is unfathomable. However they are thorough and so far I am getting what I need.

Nice doctors, but some of the administrative staff are unprofessional. This clinic does deal with some difficult patients who can be a challenge, but the dealing with some staff members can be a challenge as well. If you call for an appointment, you are likely to be transferred to voicemail, and eight of out of ten times no one will return your call. Or worse, if you do get someone on the phone, they will put you on hold and never get back to you. I've had to make several trips to the clinic itself just to make an appointment for my elderly parent who refuses to switch doctors.
If I could give this place 1/2 a star it would be too much. Worst health center from nurses to doctors everyone here is a joke. Came in for a medical 3 weeks my results are not ready. I had to pay out of my pocket since my health insurance wont cover it. Avoid this place at all costs.
I give this place ¼ star. My husband went for annual checkup that he had to pay out of pocket and had to wait 3 hours to see the doctor. The lab forgot to do ppd test so he had to come in again get his ppd test and then come three days later to get it checked. The waiting period for the blood work results was an average of 3 weeks. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Unless of course you want to waste money and time.
Excellent healthcare providers but the worst administrators I've ever encountered. None of the people running Citicare have any concern about the patients and community they serve. Many of the phone numbers listed have been disconnected, the numbers that work all have full voicemail boxes and none of the top administrators answer email (I ran a test by emailing each one separately).
