Clifford Bassett's Online Review Report Card

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bassett while getting allergy tested. Unlike other doctors, he did not rush through my medical history and connected dots that I didn’t know existed! A true allergy detective. Furthermore, he went above and beyond in his care, came up with an individualized care plan and was very receptive and understanding of my apprehensions and concerns. Everyone at the office including the nurses and secretaries were extremely kind and made me very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr. Bassett as an allergist!

I was referred to Dr. Bassett for immune allergy concerns. He took time to ask a lot of questions and was very diligent. He referred me to a hematologist and a specialty Dr. in immunology for genetic testing. He also followed up with me regarding appointments and to answer some follow up questions. His office is very cordial and they are very responsive. I would say he has great bedside manners, and is inquisitive and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him.

I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appt for an allergic reaction to a pnuemonia vaccine. Once I went to the office, I had to wait well over an hour past my appt time. Just as I was about to be called in, the nurse told me they close for lunch, and I would have to leave and return in an hour. I explained that I was disabled and would find that difficult. I was called in by an obviously put off nurse. Dr Bassett spent the majority of my 15 minute visit hawking his book. He did not take a real history. He said he could "guess" at my allergy; I asked about an allergy test. He declined. At the end of the visit, he gave me a pre-printed paper with the name of his book. I asked the front desk to send a copy of my notes sent to me and to my PMD; no result. Two months later I asked again with no results. It is now 4 months later; I asked again for a copy; so far no results.

Incredibly thorough and very kind. Smart and takes the extra time to hear what you need. Excellent quality medical care.

There is not enough stars for this wonderful doctor ! Knowledgeable, attentive and caring to get to the root of the issue. An absolute delight to work with!

Dr. Bassett and his staff were all terrific. He was very patient and had a wonderful bedside manner. The physicians assistant is really terrific as well.

I never leave reviews, but this has been one of my best experiences with a doctor ever. Over the course of this week, I’ve had two allergy testing visits with Dr. Bassett and his team and a few things were immediately clear to me: 1) Dr. Bassett knows his stuff and cares deeply about his patients, 2) the care team is diverse, collaborative, and talented, and 3) this practice is both thorough and respectful of people’s time. Run to this practice —and feel free to pause to catch your breath or sneeze if you need to — to get the help you need for all of your allergies.

Dr. Clifford Basset is a true compassionate professional. Thorough, comprehensive and thoughtful (with a sense of humor). His team reflects the standard he holds for his work. Carla, Alyssa, Gail, Amanda, Roxana and the few who I didn't name here(sorry) are so kind and each knowledgeable. Healing is best induced in a positive environment such as with Dr. B.
