I used Comfort Keepers of New York to look after my mother-in-law while my husband and I were out of town. I loved the personalized attention received when I contacted them on short notice. I also felt that their asking about what personality traits I desired of the caregiver was great and as a result the assigned caregivers were a good fit for us. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was having to use Zelle as a payment method instead of a credit card [due to my contacting them on short notice]. Highly recommend!

Lisa McNee and Comfort Keepers have been phenomenal partners in home healthcare. They treat each client with patience, compassion and dignity. I discovered Comfort Keepers while doing an internet search for home caregivers. My first conversation with president Lisa McNee not only inspired confidence but expanded my understanding, this being the first time that my husband and I needed this kind of service. She kept in touch with me as I finalized my plans to be away and arranged for two wonderful aides to help my husband in my absence for a few days. The excellent communication, understanding, dependability, and care were invaluable in a very difficult moment.

This was my first and only experience with a care agency. They are so good that I had no need to look further. The owner of the agency is always available to answer questions and solve any scheduling problems. The aides have been good/excellent: completely caring, trustworthy, likeable, friendly, engaging. My impaired husband enjoys their company very much. They are a huge assist for me too.

I cant begin to tell you how amazing Lisa and her team was during my family's time of need and care. Donna was our caregiver, she was so compassionate understanding and such a down to earth person. We enjoyed her company as it brought all of us some peace of mind. I highly recommend this company and I will be listing them with my friends and union as the best place to use for professional care. I have given 5 stars 🌟 because is being a year since I started working with comfort keepers, and am well please as a caregiver. I used to be paid every 2 weeks and none of these weeks which I ever received any discrepancies in may paycheck may paycheck is alway in tight, the good news is that comfort keepers now pay every week. Lisa my supervisor is the best I have ever worked with. Good work Lisa. I highly recommend comfort keepers to all.
