My first session with Audrey was great! I am very satisfied with her approach to my dietary and nutritional health. I was asked plenty of necessary questions and felt heard. We dove deep into understanding the issue and ways to improve slowly.

I have been working with Dr. Kapur for 6+ months now and she has completely changed/healed my relationship with food. I've been on multiple diets throughout my life and needed help switching my mindset and eating habits to be more long term with a focus on nutrition and healthy living. I feel so much better in my day to day, know how to fuel my body right and would recommend her to anyone!

Nikita is a magician - I no longer have sugar cravings & that is a miracle. She’s helping me create a daily food plan that is delish, interesting & achievable. Pretty quickly, Nikita figured out I what was lacking in my diet & set things straight. The meetings are super easy with them being video calls, & Nikita’s late in the day / early evening schedule makes things even more possible.

Great initial conversation! The proof will, however, be in the "pudding" (which I can't eat anymore - LOL).
