I had initial consultation with Mimi Scheidt and I was very disappointed. Before the appointment, I sent Mimi information about my condition and list of food I wanted to check with her. In order for us to have productive appointment - I asked her to review the information in advance. So, when we had the appointment - Mimi was just googling almost everything I was asking her about. Also, she said she would send me additional information (after the appointment) about specific supplements and about particular tests she mentioned. I never heard from her.

Mimi has been very helpful in helping me identify and prioritize some relatively low-level changes that quickly had a positive impact some of my important health metrics. She strikes a healthy balance between the scientific elements of nutrition with practical behavioral adjustment advice. I would highly recommend working with her.
