Dalia Nagel Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Nagel is an excellent ophthalmologist and doctor - straightforward and very thorough, highly knowledgeable and articulate and at the same time, normal and kind. She truly put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

I stopped going to Dalia Nagel after she refused to endorse the prescription her technician recommended, even though it was comfortable for me. Apparently I was caught in their ego clash, and I ended up leaving with 3 prescriptions that did not address the problem that a new eye doctor diagnosed as presbyopia. Dr. Nagel was brusque and condescending. Now that I have a new doctor who has given me the perfect solution, Nagel looks even worse in the rear view mirror. Agree with other reviewers. Avoid her!

I waited an hour and a half for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes. The doctor did not convey that my prescription for more contacts would cost 100 dollars until after the appointment despite my calling beforehand to ask about the price.

Dr. Schulman is a wonderful doctor. So is Dr. Nagel. All the staff is so friendly and helpful!

Everyone in the office was very nice, but it was like a factory. The front desk seemed very harried. I was constantly being moved from this room to that room, back and forth to the waiting area twice, saw two technicians -- and the doctor for a grand total of maybe three minutes. I was a new patient and she blew through my medical records in about 30 seconds and did a very rushed, cursory exam. Didn't ask me if I had any questions or concerns, just pretty much darted out. After I'd been there for an hour and a half for a simple exam. At my old doc's office it was 15 minutes and in that short time I felt I got far more attention and care. Might give it one more try, but I don't like feeling like I'm on an assembly line.

Had a great experience with Dr. Nagel. She also helped resolve a prescription issue well after hours on a Friday. First class doctor.

Just had cataract surgery this morning. As a person who is very uncomfortable when it comes to anything or anyone near my eyes, having Dr. Nagel perform my surgery was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She made me feel very comfortable and safe during the surgery. The nurses and staff at the surgical center were also great. I highly recommend Dr. Nagel if you need cataract surgery.

Excellent Service. This is just by observation, most people gets their eyes dilated but the staff never let you know that their are temp sunglasses on premises for you to wear outside. And I never knew they have those to give patients, when you're finish seeing the doctor they should just hand one to you. just saying

Arrived on time for appointment, and after approx. 20 minutes, saw a technician, sent back to waiting area, waited , and saw another technician, and sent to wait for doctor, waited approx. 20-25 mins before doctor dame in, saw me for approx. ten minutes, doctor excused herself and did not come back 25 minutes or so. , spoke to me for a few minutes. I was there for OVER TWO HOURS and saw the doctor for approx. 15 minutes.

The office staff and medical assistants were rude and brusque and the doctor was worse. I had a few questions and was made to feel like I was wasting everyone's valuable time. I would definitely avoid this office in the future.
