Dr. Donovan is the most best doctor I’ll ever met in my life and he is very smart and he understands your issues. The endocrinologist I had before he is much better than them. Dr. Donovan is a very caring doctor towards his patients and generally a very good doctor.

Condescending- beware! The doctor came highly recommended so much so that I waited nearly 6 months to see him and took a half day off work. On the day of our appointment when I checked in I was told my appointment was not in the system and I could be seen by another doctor in the practice. I was distraught to say the least. After getting emotional in the waiting room the doctor agreed to see me if I waited around. 2 hours later I was seen by the doctor who offered no new information then previous endocrinologists. In fact he was quite condescending, offering me the advice to fill my plate half with lettuce when I eat dinner as a tip to loose weight regardless of the fact I had autoimmune and thyroid issues and had struggled with weight my entire life. He insisted I see his amazing nutritionist at our follow-up appointment which I begrudgingly agreed to. When i came for my second appointment I was told the nutritionist was out sick and I would have to come in for a third appointment to see her. STAY AWAY
