Dr. Markowitz has been our gastroenterologist for 20+ years. At my last visit he examined me re a particular symptom. When that exam turned up nothing wrong, we made an appointment for further testing. An issue was corrected; because it is potentially serious, we have set up a follow-up checkup for early next year. This doctor asks, listens, and explains. He is extremely facile at addressing serious issues in a thoughtful, compassionate manner. I have just recommended him to my brother.

Dr. Markowitz came highly recommended by my gynecologist when I turned 50. He is perhaps the warmest, most caring , calming physician that I have ever met. I cannot say enough about him-he's fantastic! You will not find a more thorough, competent doctor.
