I had a great experience throughout the process. The staff was welcoming and cordial; the atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. My questions were answered with clear and concise detail of the subject matter by Dr. Cangello. The procedure went smoothly and pain free, with great precision. My lips are aesthetically pleasing and balance; the healing process has been rapid and very satisfactory.

Artists come in all forms. Some use a canvas as their medium and others use the body. Dr. Cangello is an artist!!!!At the age of 48, I finally had something removed that I had hated all my life - what I had affectionately called as my “chicken neck”. I had a neck lift and semi face lift done by Dr. Cangello and I could not be happier with the result. I also had laser resurfacing done around my eyes. Today is day 6 and the difference is already incredible!!! I look and feel like a better version of myself. I feel refreshed, tightened and lifted (but not too much and not in a bad way).The entire experience with his office was amazing. Everyone at every step of the way was kind, encouraging and empathetic.I cannot thank Dr. Cangello and his team enough and cannot recommend them enough. His artistry will help you feel and look your best.

I had a rhinoplasty 3 months ago. And I can vary much say that I absolutely loved and made the greatest decisions in having this procedure with dr Cangello. At first I was skeptical because I wanted to look as natural as possible. As I also didn’t see any pictures of his patients that had the same nose as me. But I somehow knew that I can trust him. And let me tell u that dr cangello looked at my nose and immediately knew what was best for me. And yes it was expensive however I feel like every penny was definitely worth it. (Better then paying over and over to get the results u want) My family and friends were absolutely amazed on how it look sooooo natural. Matter a fact no one really thought I had a nose job unless I told them. And I really loved that because it just shows how dr Cangello did a beautiful job. And not only he changed my life but he also gave me a boost of confidence.as such the staff was very patient and nice as I made many mistakes on the way. Which also showed me how professional this whole experience that they have provided was.And as someone who experienced a hard time with their nose their whole life.(since I was 7yr) !I can say that he will definitely change yours too after u wake up from the surgery.

My consultation with him was subpar. I had to come back for my morph. He just disappeared and didn’t even tell me himself. Also, puja asked me if I wanted to book surgery. LOL. The nerve. It’s the law. He will not win.P.s. I find it really funny that he posted a disclaimer below. This is absolutely not true. There are several unhappy patients that I have personally spoken to. There’s a difference between making mistakes and owning up to it and then completely ignoring the patient and making threats. I am a social worker and an advocate so I want to help out as much as possible. It is unethical and unfair to the patient.

(Six weeks post) Had such a beautiful rhinoplasty at this office. Dr. Cangello is an expert with absolutely friendly and helpful team. He is truly an artist, I chose him out of the other doctors in New York that I consulted with because of his attentive and realistic approach to achieve the perfect nose for my face shape while accomplishing every one of my requests in a better way, from a professional eye. Before coming here, the previous doctors (high-end but I won't name) just manipulated a photo right in front of me to get what I thought I wanted, like trying to please me and kept changing it according to my impulses, but it was almost cartoonish because I don't know the proper structures and have a different critical view of my own face. So...I wanted someone who was sure and direct and honest with me because this is such a permanent and impactful procedure. I was really deflated, BUT as soon as I met and consulted with Dr. Cangello, I could tell the difference, he is above the rest. Yes he does do a photo rendering, but he does it thoughtfully and perfectly the first time according to your discussed desired look before he lets you see the image, hitting all of the marks and honest about the form and natural proportions from a true artists viewpoint to create the most natural beautiful look while keeping proper structure. Yet so demure and perfect. Then you can discuss the image with him and talk through changes. But this was major for me because I knew I would defeat the purpose of this step if someone just allowed me to facetune my own face into obscurity. Having the doctor create his expert recommendation first was key. And just remember that any physical result is even better than any flat photo can convey. He has a wonderful manner and friendly disposition and truly listens to what you want. I am so glad I went with Dr. Cangello and his team, I look like myself, just leveled-up 1,000,000%. The entire experience was pleasant and I cannot say enough good things about this office. His method is phenomenal, minimal swelling, no bruising at all. I couldn't believe it. Expert work. I only took Tylenol the first three days, didn't even need the Rx at all but that is my personal experience. And I had a very angular, Roman protruding bumpy profile that looked even larger due to my teeny chin. I'm just floored by the beautiful results. My sharp triangle profile was transformed into a softer feminine angle/curve and tip that distributes the focal point to my eyes and mouth. He made it all go together, my other features are enhanced because of it. Thank you immensely guys, for changing my life. I love my sweet angelic nose, not insta fake or upturned. The shape and angle is beautiful from all sides. I no longer have a "bad side".  I feel like I can be photographed from any angle now. So beautiful and correct for my face. All 100% me. True artist, I recommend highly. My boyfriend, who fell in love with me the way I was before and was skeptical about this whole ordeal, was FLOORED and ecstatic about my results. My friends thought I was glowing and extra beautiful for some reason but couldn't tell why. Best feeling in the world.

Two months ago I had a rhinoplasty to remove a bump on my nose. I have to say entire process was pleasant from the beginning, the receptionist was warm and friendly and explained everything in detail. She answered all my calls and answered all my questions thoroughly or connected me to the medical staff. Everyone I talked to was helpful and respectful.The week after my procedure was rough, I had a few medical issues that occurred right after but throughout the week the medical staff and Dr. Cangello reached out to make sure everything was okay.Fast forward to the present, I’m 2 months post-op swelling is still present BUT the bump on my nose is gone and I am so happy with the results.

Dr. Cangello is a very professional. When I spoke with him I thought that he definitely knows what he is doing. I Felt lots of confidence from him, and I had a feeling that I could trust him.Dr. Cangello has a very capable and professional team. He's staff are the best. I'm very grateful to everyone for everything that they did. Also I would like to say about Dr. Kornreich the anesthesiologist, he did a great job. I was scared of the anaesthetic, but when I met him on the day of surgery, his actions were so professional and he was so smily and kind to me, that all my fears were gone.After rhinoplasty surgery I felt perfect. I didn't feel any pain, any dizzenes or nausea. I didn't take any medication . I'm so happy that I had a great experience with my first plastic surgery.Thank you Dr. Cangello, Dr. Kornreich, Nurse - Rachel, Medical assistant – Katelyn, and dear Puja on the frondesk.

My experience with Dr. Cangello was nothing but the best. I chose to travel to New York from North Carolina for my rhinoplasty after seeing his incredibly natural before and after photos from his Instagram page. In my case, my deviated septum was severe and I was surprised to see incredibly minimal bruising and swelling despite the complicated procedure. When he removed the splint at my one-week post-op appointment, I was THRILLED with the results and still am every day. Besides being able to breathe correctly for the first time in my life, the cosmetic difference amazes me. Overall, choosing Dr. Cangello was the BEST decision I could have made and no words can do his work justice! I could not recommend him highly enough… 100% worth the trip!
