I have had a few acupuncture experiences in the past but my session at De’Qi Health was the best by far. The atmosphere was warm with clean simple designs. Lida is a gifted healer and great listener. There is something difficult to put into words about her touch— her hands emanate empathy and assuredness with therapeutic confidence. There’s an overwhelming sense of being holistically cared for. Yet Lida’s style is clear and direct, not “woo woo.” I was under a lot of stress and undergoing some major life transitions when I went to see her, plus my body was fighting a cold yet I was not sleeping well. I left my session momentarily energized but then slept for nearly 18 hours afterward. Lida and her staff checked in on me and provided useful herbs and supplements with clear email instructions. Whether you have had lots of experience with acupuncture and eastern medicine or very little, you will not regret putting yourself in her capable hands.

I highly recommend De Qi Health. I went for acupuncture with Lida, who is a truly gifted healer. She helped me get back on the road to wellness with such care and kindness in addition to knowledge. The place is very clean and peaceful also.

I got diagnosed with severe endometriosis and thyroid issues while I was going through IVF treatments. After my 3 failed IVF, 2 endometriosis surgeries and 3 years of battling infertility (not to mention stressful job) I went to see Lida Ahmady at De'Qi Health for acupuncture and herb treatments. I am happy to reportafter working with her several months I have noticed the changes of my body and mind. It showed the results on my recent doctor check ups as well. She is truly amazing and has a special talent. I can finally enjoy my life with no periods pain, no fibroids, no thyroid issues and manageable anxiety. All I can say, with the right help and few changes in your lifestyle you can manage your pain and health.

What can I possibly say about Dr. Camburn? There aren't words to express to full extent what he has done in my life. But I'll give it a try: Dr. Camburn is my primary Doctor in a literal sense. I am a practicing acupuncturist in New Jersey, and where I feel limited or incapable of healing myself, I call upon my Doctor. He is not only my Doctor, by has been my professor, my mentor, and he has always made me feel like we have been friends for ever when we interact. I look up to him as a human being and of course as a true and rare living master of Herbal medicine. A forever grateful patient and student.

This place is truly a gem. I have been going here to see Monique for the past three months, and have have wonderful results every time. I see Monique for stress and pms issues, each time she takes incredible care and explains the placements of the needles, she checks and makes sure each needle has settled. Our first appointment included a very thorough intake which I really appreciated. I have been getting Accupunture treatments for eight years and Monique is truly talented and passionate about her work; Her energy is grounding and very nurturing. I have had multiple treatments where I went in feeling tremendous frustration, tension and nearly unable to think and left feeling 180 and brand new. The practice itself is a calm, warming space that really focuses on each patient. And I have to say, Haley, their receptionist is a straight up rock star. This is one of the most important jobs of any business, the first person you meet or speak to when you are a potential new client or a returning one. Haley is incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and recently went above and beyond to help find a time for a last minute appointment. Thanks Haley!

My acupuncture experience at De'Qi Health Acupuncture in SoHo NY has truly been amazing. I started seeing Daniel Camburn in May of this year because I had very bad digestive issues (bloating, flatulence, etc.) and was struggling with cystic acne. None of the doctors I saw before him could get to the root of my problem. I appreciated that he really took his time during our first session to learn about my lifestyle and habits. The acupuncture sessions and the herbs he has prescribed have tremendously improved my digestive issues and my cystic acne is gone. I deeply appreciate his thoughtfulness and guidance in helping me reflect on my lifestyle so that I can make changes that will help my body heal. Overall, I feel that the care has been phenomenal, and I would recommend De'Qi Health to anyone looking for good acupuncture/ herbs.

I’m extremely pleased and blessed to have Lida in my life. I started to see her 12 years ago. I had problem in getting pregnant because I was in my forties and a friend of mine advice me to go try acupuncture with Lida; because she got pregnant after 3 months of treatments .... and result was: I got pregnant in 2 months.... I was behind happy! I did acupunture regularly for the all pregnancy and everything was perfect and smooth. Since then I been doing it and I send many friends to her over the years with different kind of problems... and everybody had a great experience and results Lida is great listener and you feel the good healing energy as soon as you walk inside the studio. She is very professional but also very nurturing ...and I highly recommend her and the other acupuncturist that work with her Like me, you will be so happy to have Lida in your life.
