Tatiana, Rafael, Doctor Jeffrey Dello Russo, Donayer and Jessica is a great team, they help me through my process, my surgery and now I have a 20/20 vision. I’m super happy with my surgery, I recovered within 4 days and now I can see without glasses!! Thank you so much team!! You guys are THE BEST!

If you are on the fence about doing the lasik surgery do not wait. The freedom of not wearing reading glasses is priceless. The staff were accomodating and explained the procedure and expectations. Thank You Dr. DELLO Russo!

Please, if you are considering it, DO NOT get PRK or any eye surgery. I had the procedure done in 2022, and my life has been a nightmare since. I am in constant, debilitating pain, and my eyes are chronically irritated and constantly sick. They promise to give you 20/20 vision by taking away "some" of your reading vision but THAT IS A LIE! The surgery has left me with a tragic outcome: I now struggle with both my distance vision and have entirely lost my reading/near vision. I attempted to seek help from the clinic but it was fruitless. They were dismissive, minimized my serious vision issues, and even tried to charge me just to discuss my surgical complications. This procedure has been a life-altering regret, and I wish to prevent anyone else from enduring this same suffering. PLEASE DO NOT GET IT!!!

De La Russo was close enough to go and get a consultation. I was told I need laser surgery; however, according to the attendant, I would get a discount. I agree to do it. Upon completion of my paperwork, I was informed that insurance would not cover it and that I would have to pay cash, which I agreed to do. Nonetheless, the representative at the desk collected my insurance information. I asked if I was paying cash, why were they collecting my insurance information? Her response was "in case something happened. It turns out that they submitted the invoice to my insurance, my insurance paid, and I paid as well. I received paperwork from my insurance stating they paid, so I proceeded to call my insurance and informed them I paid cash as well. The insurance stated they had to return the money to me; the insurance called many times to let them know and also to follow-up. Fast forward, DeLa Russo never refunded the money they owed me. Be careful, because if they did this to me, I am probably not the first or the last. Sincerely, CP

Being 33 years old one of my goals from childhood was to get out of glasses being that I was in glasses since I was 13 years old and as the years passed, they got stronger and stronger as I became an adult I spoke with my eye doctor a few times on having Lasik done. She always discouraged me until I took it upon myself to have a consultation done. Not only have I heard of Dr. Dello Russo’s name all over the radio, but I also coincidentally had a family member have Lasek done years back with him as well . From the moment I stepped in to the office up until now for my follow ups I’ve had Beyond an amazing experience. Super friendly staff to all the doctors surprisingly with all the patients these doctors have they still are very aware of each individuals case. The doctor instantly walks in and knows who I am that’s amazing and dedication. The process was extremely simple. I promise you it felt like I might’ve been on the table for five minutes and the procedure was over. Painless simple you’re well aware of what’s going on so you’re not sedate it which I appreciate I even chuckled a few times before beginning just because the doctors do I was somewhat nervous From reading on the Internet so they distracted me not every way you go. Do you find such a service you can tell the doctors love what they do and their work shows for itself. The next every day I woke up, and the first thing I noticed was the hair growth in my eyebrows, shaking my head How I ran to the salon!! What a difference it made in my life I no longer need glasses I can partake in all activities, not having to worry about breaking my glasses. I would definitely recommend to all. And if finance is the only thing that might hold you back guess what they have so many payment options available it’s almost impossible to say you can’t afford it. Definitely love these people and I’m so happy I got this done 🙌🏼
