The medical staff is very good and qualified but, the two young women at the front desk have no idea what customer service is like. They are rough, uneducated and very abrupt when speaking. They must be more careful when selecting staff, because it is like any business, if they do not treat the customer well, then they look for another place.

The staff here are super unfriendly. I had a procedure done. I was told the price when I came to the front desk. The price was double. When I asked to speak to the doctor, the two women at the front desk look confused and just stood quiet without providing an answer or even going to get the doctor. On top of the terrible customer service, they handed me an on top of the terrible customer service, they handed me a bill and said insurance didn’t cover anything. However, they got everything pre-approved by insurance and when I started asking questions they gave me an 800 number to call. Again unhelpful is an understatement. Everything about my experience at this Dr. was unprofessional and not customer friendly. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor.

I had great experiences with the staff here. They were helpful and made me feel at home. The doctor and assistant explained everything as we went along. I lived in the sun (still do a bit) and had many spots burned (frozen) off and happy with results. Dr did recommend me (vanity reasons only) to consider a peel as I allot of evidence of teen acne. I am not doing it but she explained the pros and cons. My insurance has changed or I would go back.

AVOID. I'm a primary care physician and Alyssa Gopman PA took a shave biopsy for my mother in April and their office refuses to release the results. Since her visit, she and her primary care provider have requested her results several times via fax, phone call, portal or email. They do not report "bad results" on their portal, and are forcing her to make an appointment, which she is attempting to avoid after they inappropriately billed her for an additional $500 despite claiming they take her insurance. They claim they sent her a certified letter, and they technically did, but all the letter said was to make an appointment.

These people should really consider improving the way that they handle new patients that are referred to them by other doctors. They should be certain that the referral is proper and any insurance concerns are addressed before making an appointment. They should also NOT change the doctor that the patient was referred to.

I did not have a positive experience. They need to streamline their initial intake of patients that are referred to them and make certain that they have the proper referral, insurance etc. before making an appointment. And, once a patient has made an appointment with the doctor that the patient was referred to, they should not just change doctors.
