Convenient doctor appointment, but would not recommend for an annual physical appointment. 1. Doctor never asked me for my family or medical history, neither written nor verbally. 2. First interaction with the doctor she goes off telling me about how detrimental a medicine I’m taking is without asking why I’m taking it or trying to understand my perspective. 3. I have a heart murmur; doctor tells me to “be careful with it” without offering any specifics; I have to ask for details about what she meant. 4. Failed to identify a lump when she examined me (never had a doctor miss this - and requires further testing) 5. Refuses to give me a year supply of medication and only gives me 6months saying “the pharmacy would reject it” .. it’s a medicine I’ve used 10+ years and have always had annual prescriptions with no issues. 6. At the end of the visit, she’s looking at my chart and says “oh looks like you were just here a month ago!” ….indicating she never looked at my chart before seeing me 7. I get bloodwork done and lab results are in <24 hours later, and I have abnormal results (I can see in the portal). It’s been a week and still no outreach from her or the office. Do not go here - doctor is negligent and not empathetic. Never been treated so poorly as a patient. The worst part is that my insurance only covers 1 annual exam a year so would have to pay to go again to an actually competent doctor.

Dr. Hyun Ji Lee was absolutely amazing. She has an amazing bed side manner and truly listens to all your needs. If I could give more stars I would. I found my new doctor in New York City!

Dr.Lee 진료를 오늘 처음 받아봤는데, 너무 에너지 넘치시고 배려심 넘치는 분이었어요. 수술도 여러번 하고 건강에 좀 자신이 없어서 회복중에도 걱정이 많았는데, 선생님 덕분에 정말 많은 용기를 얻었습니다. 사정상 한국과 미국을 오가면서 많은 의사분들 만났지만, 이렇게 스마트하고 밝은 의사 선생님을 만나기는 쉽지 않죠. 한국어도 잘하시는 맨하탄 내과의사 찾으시는 분들께 추천합니다~!!
