Excellent doctor but terrible office staff. Took 1 year to be re-imbursed for Medicare payment made to Dr. Bergman when I had already paid for the visit up-front.

Office is a bit cluttered but Dr Bergman is first-rate. He brings you in to his office, gets your full medical history and offers complete explanations. I'm happy to have found an excellent endocrinologist.

I have been referred to Dr. Bergman twice for different reasons. While his office is small & crowded, In both instances his care is exemplary and thorough. He spent a lot of time with me on both occasions and in the second instance it continues. And his office employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Bergman actually spent time with me, enough time to explain and show to me the issues I've been dealing with. I live 2 hours north of NYC, but it is well worth it to me to be able to access his knowledge and thoroughness. He listens very carefully and applies that information in his treatments. Excellent physician. Nice guy, too.
