The people at Fromer Eye Care , from receptionist to Dr. Friedrich himself, took care of my concerns right from the moment I walked into their office. After numerous diagnostic testing and getting a healthy report, I will return next year fo this office for my annual eye exam.

Zero stars. Made 4 attempts in 3 days to make an appointment, I either get no answer or put on hold for 5 minutes, followed by the phone ringing and no answer. Worst front office practice I have never experienced. I will bring my business elsewhere.

He does not care about this patients ,in fact he should be reported .He lies to cover his tracks He prescribed a medication ,without checking the cross references which I asked The pharmacy contacted me, the medication if taken could cause swelling of the brain and be fatal . Duane Reade has more knowledge then him . He is negligent . Stay away
