Arrived for appointment on time, door close. Website provides 2 numbers,no answer. One of the phone has a voicemail you can barely hear clearly and prompting you to text another number. This place unprofessional. To much of a hassle to get through and website misleading on hours of operation.

I was there and the lady at the reception was very rude, she told me that my skin was yellow and that she could only work on white skin, I don't know why they don't specify that before, so one wouldn't waste time going there and it would be avoided It was a bad time to talk to such a rude person. I also think I was lucky, according to the comments, it was better not to have any procedures done in this place.

This place should be shut down!! I don't understand why they are still open!! I wish I could leave a star that is less than 1. I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism in a long time. I purchased a Groupon voucher for this service at the merchant. I went on their website and made an appointment, which was confirmed with an email. Today was the appointment which was carded for 11am. I left Brooklyn and took the train all the way down to Manhattan only to be told by these people that I do not have an appointment. Even after I sent the screenshot of my email, this lady said I do not have an appointment. When I left the building, they sent an email canceling the first appointment. I spoke to the lady (she sounded african), who told me that she didn't send an email, the computer did. This is unprofessionalism at its best!! I left Manhattan without a facial and a Groupon voucher that I would never use because I REFUSE to go back to that place! Do not waste your time.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
