Love this place!!! Staff is so welcoming. Place is so clean. Jacqui is amazing answering all my questions. And Kim is so knowledgeable in her field and made me feel at ease. I felt so comfortable having my procedure done here. I can't trust any other place after dr. Laser.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the misleading sales practices at dr. Laser. During a recent visit, I was persuaded into purchasing a facial treatment package after being assured I could "cancel at any time" if I changed my mind. The representative emphasized flexibility and made it sound like a no-risk commitment. Only later, when I tried to cancel within a reasonable period, did I discover I had unknowingly signed a no-refund policy buried in the paperwork--something that was never verbally disclosed or clearly explained at the time of signing. I have tried to contact the management for them to honor the initial verbal promise of cancellation but they simply won't return my emails or calls. While the facility itself might be nice, trust and transparency are essential in beauty and wellness services. I feel deliberately misled and trapped into a payment plan under false pretenses. Please be sure to read every line of anything you sign here--and don't rely on verbal promises. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they fully clarify and update their cancellation disclosures upfront.

Jacquie is the best. I accidentally came to my appointment an hour early and she was so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable. I also can't recommend Betsy enough for PRP microneedling and PRF injections. 10/10 results

Ive been a fan of Dr Laser for years now; they’ve changed the game for my skin. Nadira at the NYC location is my go-to for anything facial. For real, she’s the best. The prices here are also kind of unbeatable. So that’s a win, too. Definitely recommend.

Saw Nadira for the first time for PRP Microneedling in December. Has previously gotten before. She provided the best PRP session I've ever had. Very thorough and talked me through the process which I appreciated. Dr. Laser is clean, professional, and does an amazing job. They have really helped transform my skin. I love working with Jayleen at the front desk as well - she is wonderful and so kind :)
